As a Senior HR Generalist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy and ensuring a positive employee experience. You will support various HR functions but will primarily focus on employee relations and total rewards (compensation/benefits) in a rapidly growing, agile environment. This position is fully in-person. We are near West Love, just north of Downtown Dallas.
Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Manage compensation programs, including salary surveys, merit increases, and incentive plans. Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment and compliance.
- Manage medical leaves of absence under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state laws.
- Manage the worker’s compensation claims process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Serve as backup for the Payroll Manager.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience
- Fluently bilingual in Spanish, both verbal and written
