Our training program ensures the quality of our maintenance services and sets us apart from the competition.
One day a month before work, each member of the team attends the classroom and works through a yearly curriculum that pertains to the landscape industry and coincides with seasonal requirements. These classes include topics like:
- Proper cutting techniques for turf
- When and how to trim shrubs
- Planting techniques
- Chemical Safety and Mixing ratios
- Safety
Employees are tested on the prior month’s material, and the results are incentivized and used as part of our performance reviews. Classroom learning is also reinforced onsite when our Quality Control Manager visits job sites to ensure that proper techniques and processes are being utilized.
Communication and Prompt Response
Communication and relationship are an integral part of our worry-free experience, so you will be assigned an Account Manager that will send you monthly property reports. Such as information about soil conditions, upcoming seasonal color installs, maintenance services performed, irrigation reports, and photos as well as proactively addressing any concerns that may arise along the way. With many crews all over the Dallas-Ft. Worth area and San Antonio, we are likely to be close to your site and able to respond quickly. In emergency situations, response time is immediate. Your Account Manager knows your property and is your first line of contact for personalized customer service.
