Position Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role involves managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell service.
  • Present proposals to expand services within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Communicate client requirements and feedback effectively.
  • Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in the Landscaping industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
